Here we have gathered all information on how to register and order ID06 2.0 and who to turn to when you have questions.

Before you could turn to Nexus with all your questions, but since the launch of the new ID06 2.0 Card a lot of processes goes trough ID06 AB.

Register a personal ID06 account:

Follow these steps:

1. Register your company and your personal ID06 account

2. Order new ID06 cards

3. Activate your new ID06 card

Do you need support regarding;

  • Are you not able to login with BankID?
  • The link to verify your account doesn´t work
  • Do you have problem to register your personal ID06 account?
  • Does the authorized signatory has problem to approve the company registration?
  • Questions regarding the invoice for a yearly fee for all your ID06 cards

Identification with passport or a national ID card:

If your card holder does not have a Swedish BankID, identification can be done via scanning of the passport or a national ID card. ID06 AB decides which nationalities are approved for a manual ID verification, you can see the latest updates in the orderportal or here.

ID06 AB has approved the following nationalities for passport and ID verification, so far:

  • Sweden
  • Estonia
  • Latvia
  • Lithuania
  • Poland
  1. Select Manual ID verification in the order portal.
  2. The card holder will receive an email with instructions for the scanning process. Here is complete guideline for the identification process with passport/national ID

Wrong email address in the ID06 system:

If you are not able to change your email address in the system, please contact ID06 AB,  support@id06.se for support!

Important before you order new ID06 cards 2.0:

Please make sure the personal information in the order matches the information in the card holders BankID, passport or national ID, otherwise the card holder will not be able to confirm the card order and Nexus will not be able to produce the card.

Check the following before you place a new order:

  1. Does the card holder has an email account? If not, make sure he/she signs up for an email account since important information and registrations links for card approval will be send via email.
  2. Does the card holder has a Swedish BankID? If not, select “Manual ID verification” in the orderportal. The card holder will then be able to identify with passport or a national ID at Nexus partner Sistec i Stockholm.If you do not select ”Manual ID verification” in the order portal the card holder will use BankID to approve the card order, directly in a  computer or a mobile device.
  3. Make sure names are spelled correct in the order (all names that are included in the BankID information, the passport or the national ID).
  4. Make sure you have the correct date of birth or national identity number, with all digits, included in the order so the information will match the BankID/ passport/national ID card information. Otherwise the card holder will not be able to confirm the card order.
  5. Make sure you have the correct email address to the card holder. Otherwise the card holder will not be able to confirm the card

Check status, change or block a ID06 card 2.0:

Login to the order portal  and select PREVIOUS ORDERS.

  1. Check card status:  Select Status. SEARCH.
  2. To change a card: Add card number or national identity number. Click SEARCH
  • If the order is rejected by Nexus or card holder, please register a new card order. The reason for the rejection will be displayed in the orderportal.

The new card doesn´t work – activate the card:

The new ID06 card 2.0 needs to be activated before it can be used.

Follow these steps:
1. Activate the card
2. Follow the instructions
3. You will find the card number printed at your physical card: BB-xxxx-xxxxxx
4. When you activate your card a PIN code will connected to your card. Click PIN and your PIN will appear.
5. You can now use your card!

Add card administrator:

To be able to add a new card administrator you need to update the company information in the ID06 AB portal

Authorized signatory or Administrator can add card administrator in the system.
